Troy brings a unique blend of clinical experience, healthcare operations, communications training, and digital content strategy. As a registered nurse with experience in behavioral health, geriatric care navigation, dementia support, practice management, and patient-family communication, he understands both the clinical environment and the trust-building communication patients, families, and referral partners need.

His background also includes senior care content strategy, referral communication, medical records coordination, and a Bachelor’s degree in Communications with a concentration in Public Relations. This gives Provider Presence Strategies a practical perspective that goes beyond generic marketing.
